Pay: 12.36 PH (Overtime after 40 hours at 15.45)Hours: Monday - Thursday 7.30am to 4.30pm & Friday 7.30am - 1.30pmWe’re looking for some awesome people who can join us on our journey to be consistently better today than yesterday, we are looking to fill a Welder shaped void in our ever growing family!Your main responsibilities will be to help eliminate defects within the production line whilst progressing your own personal development in turn growing the company and taking the team to new heights!The ideal candidate will want to contribute to the creation of a high performance, cohesive team and can expect to have challenging work in a rapidly changing environment. You will have a willingness to learn and can expect full support for your career development with a multitude of training opportunities.The role’s goal is to weld safety steps and cages in our amazing factory, working in cohesion with our incredible team who deliver outstanding customer satisfaction and service at all stages. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, dynamic and keen to change their working life.The successful candidate will:
  • Have an understanding of Lean Manufacturing
  • Have previous experience in MIG welding
  • Ensure quality is added with each process
  • Have a good understanding of the set up, operation and maintenance of all equipment
  • Understand and implement personal and company safety measures including using the correct PPE at all times
  • Have great communication skills, they are essential to work with team members and converse with customers and clients
  • Assemble all components with help of power and hand tools
