In this role, the successful Trainee IT Support Engineer with working on an exciting range of tasks including providing 1st and 2nd line support to staff, carry out software installations and upgrades, maintain IT documentation and helpdesk systems and occasional site work. You’ll be in a great learning environment to grow a well-rounded IT Support skillset.

This role would suit a Trainee IT Support Engineer who is driven to provide the best IT service and has previous experience within IT Support. You must have a Full UK Driving Licence.

  • Provide 1st and 2nd Line Support to Staff and Sites
  • Manage software Installs and Upgrades
  • Maintain IT Documentation and Helpdesk Systems

  • Have an IT Degree or a Comptia A+ Certification
  • Full UK Driving Licence
