Hours: 42.5hrs per week, Monday – Friday
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience.

Due to substantial growth over the last 2 years, we are recruiting Trainee Logistic Co-Ordinator’s / Administrators to join our fast-paced team in our office in Salford Quays.

The role
With a January start you will join others on an in-depth training programme that guides and teaches you from the very start of logistics to handling customer accounts. The Trainee Logistics Coordinator arranges the collection, shipment and delivery of import and/or export shipments on behalf of clients. Your role will be providing our customers with outstanding service and to ensure this, you will become a dedicated account manager to individual customers and cater for their needs.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Primary contact with clients
· Problem solving
· Arranges collection and delivery of shipments
· Arranges customs clearance
· Liaises with supplier and consignee
· Raises sales invoice ensuring profitability and within company time frame.
· Passes purchase invoices
Personal Attributes:
· Good level of English, Mathematics and IT
· Attention to detail
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
· Minimum 18 months experience in a logistic environment
· Great customer service skills
