We are working with an established Freight Forwarder, who have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Fine Arts Services Coordinator.
We are looking for a Trainee who is looking to gain experience within the Freight industry, who has a confident, personable personality and keen to learn and develop. You will be trained on all the below.

Role involves:
Completing Air, Sea, and Road freight jobs from start to finish.
Completing Customs Entries both Import and Export.
Replying to E-Mail communication and telephone queries.
Liaising with clients and galleries on a 121 and face to face basis.
Setting up new jobs according to specific quotation of services.

Skills needed:
Proficient /advanced computer skills (Emails and Excel essential)
Confident individual with professional manner.
Good organisational skills /time management skills.
Attention to details.
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a team and on own initiative.
