What does a Local Property Partner do?

As a Local Property Partner, you will be the local expert in your area, responsible for supporting buyers and vendors throughout their entire journey with Purplebricks. With an overall target of making every home move amazing, as an employed Local Property Partner, you will benefit from Purplebricks’ industry leading training, tools and support.

You will be responsible for; actively contributing to achieving corporate KPIs​, converting valuations into instructions, providing customers with advice and support to navigate the PB journey, conducting initial pre-call with seller and intel gathering to support valuations​, selling ancillary PB products (i.e. mortgages, conveyancing, featured property status) and much more!

What you’ll need?

  • A driving licence
  • The right to work in the UK
  • Proven customer service skills and sales experience
  • Passion and enthusiasm for delivering an amazing customer experience
  • An interest in the local property markets and market trends
  • Tech savy
