Trainee Estate Agent - Market leading, award winning agent in Chelmsford

*Sales experience or track record in customer service are essential*

Cafe style, office based role in the City Centre

Lots of opportunities to earn commission - Full Training provided

*Unique opportunity for candidates with no driving licence*

OTE £35k - Basic salary up to £17k+dependent on experience

5 day week - Monday - Friday 8:30 - 18:00 Saturday 9:00 - 17:00 - day off during the week

- Sundays may also be required

Trainee Estate Agent main duties:

  • Dealing with incoming calls and enquiries for sales and lettings properties.
  • Registering clients, bookings viewings/valuation appointments
  • Taking and negotiating property offers, as well as offering our other in-house services included mortgage appointments
  • Liaising with clients regarding marketing progress, collating viewing feedback and obtaining property price reductions

Essential:

  • Confident and personable telephone manner
  • Genuine interest and enthusiasm for the property industry
  • Organised and reliable
  • Team player and driven to earn commission
  • Computer literate
  • Live local to Chelmsford CM1

Desirable:

  • Some experience in Estate Agency or a Sales environment
  • Basic property knowledge
  • Driving licence and your own car - not essential
