My client is looking to recruit a Trainee Sales Executive to start on the first run of the ladder to become a Sales Executive following an extensive training programme. As a Trainee Sales Executive your key objectives will be to offer exceptional customer service through informative, non-pressured customer discussion. You will also learn about all the various products associates with the dealership for you to then sell on to customers.Duties
  • Pro-actively approaching clients in the showroom and providing them with the correct amount of technical product information in response to customer needs (Sales and Aftersales).
  • Informing customers of the specification of all car products, in person, on email or telephone
  • Keep up to date on new product information on an ongoing basis and ensure product knowledge is maintained at a high level within the dealership through knowledge transfer
  • Preparing the showroom and keeping it attractive for customers (e.g. demo cars selection).
  • Introduce customers to Sales representatives when an interest in buying is expressed or as agreed within the dealership sales process
  • Manage the test drive process / accompany test drives and provide relevant product information to customers.
Essential Experience RequiredTo be successful in your application for this role you MUST have the following experience
  • To be impeccable in personal appearance and hygiene.
  • To be capable of conversing with people in a lucid and pleasant manner.
  • To hold a full driving licence – preferably clear of points
  • Excellent customer service experience
