Location - Manchester Office but some flexibility for home working available following successful probation.

The Role:

  • Working closely with the Credit Insurance Team, to provide administrative support across all Account Executive portfolios and New Business when required.
  • Updating and maintaining of database records
  • Distribution of client renewal correspondence in set timeframe
  • Issuing of periodic policy reminders to clients in conjunction with Account Handler and Executives
  • Maintenance of internal client records
  • Proficient use of insurer online portals and assist where required
  • The undertaking of any ad-hoc work of an administrative nature or project work as requested by your line manager to ensure the smooth running of the business, including providing support for and to other members of staff
  • Working towards full Account Handler status within an agreed period

The Ideal Candidate:

You’ll have a technical administration background within a professional services environment.

Ideally you would have experience within insurance or financial services with a strong understanding of FCA regulations but all relevant experience will be considered.

  • Experience working in an administration role within a professional services environment (essential)
  • Excellent attention to detail, accompanied by strong organisational and interpersonal skills
  • A solid use of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Able to work well in a team environment setting clear goals and following through on commitments
  • Will be self-disciplined and self-reliant
