As we begin to resume our popular tours, we currently have a great opportunity for an individual interested in becoming a brewery guide and bar staff member. This role will involve weekend work & occasional week day or evening shifts.

The main duties of the guide will be:

· To welcome visiting parties and provide a knowledgeable & informative brewery tour;

· To serve and advise customers in the Brewery shop;

· Assist with beer selection and pour pints in our brewhouse bar

The ideal candidate will:

· Have an outgoing personality;

· Be confident, enthusiastic and enjoy working as part of a close-knit team;

· Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels;

· Have a commitment to the highest levels of service through a positive & focused approach to Customer Care;

· Possess good presentation skills

Knowledge of the brewing industry and / or bar experience would be a distinct advantage although full training will be provided.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: £8,506.00-£22,745.00 per year
