TOUR ADVISOR

We have a great opportunity to work for dynamic modern travel company in based in York! This company truly provide a 1st class journey for their customers. You will also have the advantage of working in a 5 star office environment.

WHAT’S ON OFFER....

Salary: £20,319 with OTE £33,000 but guaranteed
Working hours: shift patterns are;
Mon- Friday 9-5pm
Mon-Friday 10.30-7pm
Mon-Friday 2pm-10pm
You will be expected to work some weekends, which can be from home.

THE ROLE...

  • Delivering sales through the provision of world-class customer service and an affable approach to conversation with enquirers
  • Generating a rapport capable of establishing and developing strong customer loyalty.
  • Assisting visitors to the office by attending on-site appointments and guiding customers through the booking process in a face-to-face environment
  • Achievement of sales targets by handling inbound and outbound calls in a friendly, efficient and professional manner
  • Engaging with the call to provide a great customer experience and maximising the conversion of sales calls into sales
  • Timely and accurate processing of orders
  • Achieving monthly team and individual targets
  • Actively promoting opportunities to ‘up-sell’ customers onto our premium products and services
  • Supporting and promoting marketing initiatives
THE IDEAL PERSON...

  • Proven experience of working in a competitive sales and customer service environment and delivering to deadlines and targets
  • Able to demonstrate an engaging and enthusiastic interest in travel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Strong attention to detail
