We are recruiting for a TIG Welder on behalf of our client who is extremely busy and looking for extra support. You must be confident at reading and working from Engineering drawings and to complete welding for the manufacture of bespoke products. This is initially a temporary position that could lead into a permanent opportunity for the right person.

Start: ASAP

Location: Soham, Cambridgeshire

Salary:£Negotiable depending on experience

Hours: Monday - Friday 40 hours a week flexible working hours from 7:00am

Duties Will Include
  • Performing TIG Welding
  • Welding sheet metal and frame building
  • Able to mark out and tack Weld
  • Cleaning and dressing welds
  • Working from Job sheets ensuring production deadlines are met
  • Working to the required specification

Skills And Experience
  • Previous TIG welding experience is essential - a test will be presented at interview stage
  • Able to fabricate from own jigs and fixtures
  • Can confidently read and work from Engineering drawings
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
