You will be responsible for the management of the Marketing Department led requirements of the current 2 advance admissions and event ticketing platforms. This will require close working with the Business Partners within the IT Department as well as collaboratively with colleagues across the Marketing Department, in particular the Data and Insight and Campaigns Team, as well as the Historic Properties Departments, as you manage change requests to our current ticketing platforms in response to business needs. You will need to display good stakeholder management skills, a commercial business sense, have sound technical ability and be comfortable working in a busy, deadline-driven environment.

1.You will act as Marketing Department lead on the implementation of any agreed change requests which will then be delivered through the Demand Management process which is delivered by the IT team in Resources Department.

2.Responsible for the gathering of all the information and documentation required to initiate changes ensuring regular and timely meetings with relevant Marketing and HPD colleagues to understand key seasonal and campaign requirements

3.Understanding and assessing the implications of any changes to the data and resolving for the business.

Understanding of the EH ticketing process and current/future technology integration

4.Lead on appropriate UAT of agreed change requests

5.Ensure that the online purchase journey continues to offer ease of booking for Members and Non-Members.

6.Work with Data and Insight to deliver an effective shared approach to reporting which responds to business and user needs.

7.Support teams tasked with the accurate reporting and Ticketing Sales revenues, helping in the implementation of new CRM system and Business analysts working on a CRM system implementation to ensure the settlement and reconciliation of tickets sales for all events sold through English Heritage including daily event reporting at site level.

8.Support the Head of Data & Insight and CRM team to ensure that data collection processes are followed and that data records are complete and accurate, and adhere to GDPR principles.
