My client are an currently going through a HUGE growth mode and are looking to add to their managed services team.The business are extremely vendor agnostic, where you will be exposed to the latest technology and receive the best training the market has to offer.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide third level support to clients.You will support the 1st and 2nd line teams to resolve escalated issues that come into the Service Desk.Ensure that incidents are resolved in a timely manner to meet defined service level targets.Complete relevant and skilled investigations, before escalating to 3rd.Assisting in the on boarding of new clients.Key Skills
