Does that sound like you?We are looking for a: Test EngineerThe role is based in Hebburn. As a team we have a brilliant flexible working policy and encourage working remotely when appropriate, however, this role will require frequent travel for customer site work.   • Able to modify schemes according to “as installed” design and delivery of technical solutions, in accordance with relevant technical standards.
  • Customer Support with Technical Queries.
  • Attend customer sites for SAT testing / Maintenance activities / investigating and rectifying faults.
  • Factory Acceptance Testing with customers.
  • Availability to be on call for SLA contracts.
  • Promote Siemens Zero harm Safety Initiative and culture.
The successful candidate should:
  • DIGSI 4 /DIGSI 5 / REYDISP knowledge
  • Communication protocols knowledge (examples of these - IEC61850 / IEC - 103 / DNP)
  • Experience in commissioning with Primary & Secondary injection knowledge
  • Good understanding of scheme design for protection solutions.
