Mortgages and Asset Finance Test Manager – JD, Roles and Responsibilities

  • Test Manager with extensive working knowledge in Banking, DPR/Mortgages, Asset Finance/Invoice Finance domain
  • Good working knowledge on various modules of Finova/Mortgages both Originations and Servicing
  • Expertise with Portals, Backoffice, Arrears, Litigations, Payments, Redemptions, Retentions, Overpayments, Pay controls, Product Switches, Contract Variations, Porting, Further Advances, Payment Waterfall, Year End Tests, KFI Testing, Teller Functionality, Fraud Testing, Early Redemption Charge, Finance App, Product Maturity, Statements Testing, Savings, Payment Scheduler Testing, Affordability calculations, Quest integration, Credit Risk, Business Rules, Wizards, ePDQ – Payment Gateway, ULS, Pepper, Oracle Data Source, Rate changes etc.
  • Experience managing large test teams and multiple test projects both onsite and offsite
  • Responsible for all aspects of testing, reviewing, developing and shaping the Programme Test Strategy, plans, governance framework, reporting model, stakeholder management process, testing processes and templates.
  • Experience with various mortgage types – Buy to Let, Help to buy, Shared Ownership, LTD company BTL etc.
  • Good Technical knowledge on Asset Finance domain and functions – Pricing Tiers, Novated Arrears, Settlements, Hire charges, Contracts, Terminations, Events, Rentals, Account Postings etc.
  • Working knowledge on Cassiopie and Sprint Finance Retail Portal
  • Stakeholder management, Escalation management, Issue resolution and Risk management
  • Expert in preparing test artefacts such as Test Plan/Strategy, Test Completion/Exit reports, Test Summary, daily and weekly status reporting and other executive level documentation
