What We Are Looking For

We are currently seeking a Integrity Assurance Manager to be based in Blandford. The successful candidate will be providing independent assurance to the Head of Establishment, the LSRC Manager, LSRC Operations Manager and the LSRC Reference Systems Manager that the LSRC’s reference facilities constitute an appropriate reference for the purposes of the tests for which they are to be used, and ensure that testing tasks are conducted in such a way that appropriate integrity is maintained at all times.

What You Need

• Strong understanding of the full range of military communication systems and applications, including satellite communications systems. This includes tactical, non-tactical, fixed and mobile communications.

• Strong understanding of the impact that deployed systems will be subjected to including the user community, when using military systems accessing military WANs.

• Strong Knowledge of network emulation, stimulation, and monitoring tools.

• Previous experience of communication and information system testing and validation techniques.

• Knowledge of Military Organisation and the Command-and-Control structures.

• A good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Project.

What You Will Do

• Provide assurance that testing is carried out in a manner commensurate with the stated aims and objectives.

• Provide direction in the design, implementation and management of tasks.

• Conduct task related analysis.

• Evaluate the task related products including test plans, test specifications, test analysis and task reports.

• Advise on the quality, validity and integrity of test results.

• Oversee testing activities.

• Provide specialist technical advice to the System Design Authority on all LSRC design matters.

• Responsible for ensuring that the design and implementation of tests to confirm the correct operation of reference systems.

• Defining and developing the task procedures within the LSRC QMS.

• Member of the local LSRC Configuration Control Board.
