UniCarriers, previously Atlet, are seeking a Temporary Warehouse Operative to assist our friendly warehouse team in Thame, Oxfordshire. Earning an hourly rate of £11 p.h. the successful candidate will be working Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.

Although this role is temporary, there could be potential for the position to become permanent should the successful candidate be seeking long term employment.

UniCarriers is a brand of Mitsubishi Logisnext, the world’s fourth-largest industrial truck manufacturer, supplying a complete range of electric, gas and diesel operated trucks to our customers.

Responsibilities

As our Warehouse Operative you will be responsible for carrying out duties such as:
  • Handling of spare parts in and out of the warehouse to the highest degree of accuracy
  • Use the stock control system to locate goods
  • Accepting and unloading of deliveries
  • Keeping the Parts Warehouse in a clean, tidy, and safe condition at all times
  • Replenishing consumables and packaging materials and any other consumables
Skills And Experience

To be considered for the temporary role of Warehouse Operative you will be team orientated with high attention to detail and competent using IT systems.

This is a busy department and you will be on your feet most, if not all, of the day, lifting and carrying light to medium weight items. The ability to drive a forklift truck will be beneficial but not essential as full training will be given.
