Temporary New Homes Sales Executive – Exmouth - From £12.33ph

Teamsales are seeking a Temporary New Sales Negotiator to cover a busy site in Exmouth. You will have experience selling new homes and a proven track record of successfully running developments.

Main Duties:

  • Liaise with potential purchasers.

  • Carry out viewings and show people around the Show Home and the development.

  • Negotiating Sales

  • Liaising with Agents, Solicitors and Mortgage Brokers

  • Carry out market research.

  • Carry out weekly sales progression from reservation, through to completion.

  • Complete necessary paperwork at reservation

  • Follow up all viewings to gather people’s feedback.

  • Dealing with phone and email enquiries

Ideally you will have:

  • Experience of lone working on a site

  • First Aid Training

  • Fire Warden Training

We can offer:

  • From £12.33 per hour

  • Holiday pay accrued for every hour you work.

  • Mileage allowance if applicable
