What’s Involved With This Role

Temporary Customer Services Advisor/Admin

Pay Rate: £12.47 per hour PAYE

Flexible working from home and office on a rota basis. Candidates will attend a 2-week training course both classroom and shadowing

The purpose of the role is to work as part of a team delivering a first class, professional customer service, using a range of communication methods, to ensure that where possible customer enquiries, payments and complaints are resolved at the first point of contact.

Skills & Experience

Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role, or context and ideally within a public sector organisation.

Good time management & organisation.

Previous experience working in fast passed environment.

Experience with customer service.

Able to multi tasks.

Good verbal and written communication skill

ICT Skills: Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages or equivalent (e.g. G Suite).
