About Our Client

Our client is a small, close-knit team - looking for an immediately available, hard-working, conscientious administrator to assist across the business.

Job Description

The key responsibilities of the Immediately Available Temporary Customer Care and Business Support Administrator role include but are not limited to:
  • Coordination of customer care; resolution management: monitoring 100+ remedial jobs a month to ensure customer satisfaction and trade co-operation.
  • Arranging training courses.
  • Working with managers to assess and coordinate customer care jobs when onsite.
  • Using their CRM to assist on marketing HTML emails and track sales progression.
  • Updating information on their website.
  • Managing their electronic user guides.
  • Sales suite logistics - organising deliveries and collections.
  • Paperwork re. reservations and legal completions - filing, updating spreadsheets, schedules and weekly reservation charts. Circulating the sales chart upon request by Sales Director.
  • Monitoring social media and uploading Instagram posts.
  • General marketing assistance where required.
  • Requesting quotes from suppliers, obtaining Purchase Order numbers to complete orders requested from sales/site.
  • Assisting Commercial Manager with handovers
  • Typing up minutes for meetings
  • Taking minutes for the management meeting
  • Formatting, writing posting letters for the different teams.
  • General office administration.
The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate applying to the role of Immediately Available Temporary Customer Care and Business Support Administrator will be able to wear a whole range of hats and whose favourite kind of day is made up of a range of things, proactively and intuitively multi-tasking. They should be naturally organised and love procedures and structures. This person should be a confident communicator, you will be the go-to person for all our staff and a fountain of information so an approachable manner both written and verbal is key. They should be a stickler for detail and love getting things right, ensuring everything flows effectively and efficiently.

Ideally You Should Have Experience In
  • Office management responsibilities, systems and procedures.
  • MS Office, Excel, Work, Outlook etc.
  • Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages.
  • Customer care coordination and relationship management.
  • Data and administrative management practices and procedures.
  • Clerical practices and procedures
