Are you a BDE/BDM experienced in the construction, engineering or Project related industries?

Are you able to work from 8am to 5pm in a family run - hugely successful, design organisation, with cutting edge and award winning products and superb employee work satisfaction.

  • Supporting the Sales and Marketing team
  • Working on a database from warm leads
  • Making between 50 calls a day speaking to architects, construction companies, surveyors etc to fact find and gain information around their requirement
  • All leads need qualifying with the ultimate goal of making an appointment
  • Booking appointments for Management or yourself to attend
  • KPIs set on quality and quantity of leads gained, around 5 leads gained a week - In terms of professionally qualified

Experience ideally with 2 years of lead gen or sales experience and ideally working in the construction industry

Excellent phone manner

  • Enthusiastic,
  • Motivated,
  • Energetic
  • Fluent English both speaking and writing
  • IT Literate - familiar with CRM systems (ideally sage) and also social media such as Linked-in and Pinterest
  • Construction industry knowledge would be useful but not essential
  • Team spirit

When perm the salary sits at £40k base with £5k comm plus
