  • Responsibilities:- Coaching and Training: Mentor and develop a high-performing telesales team.
  • Appointment Generation: Lead your team in generating appointments through effective consultancy techniques for their dealer network.
  • CRM Management: Optimize data and leads by managing and developing the CRM system.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales figures.
  • Performance Monitoring: Take an active role in driving activity, performance, and KPIs by regularly engaging with your team on the sales floor.
  • Sales Performance Improvement: Continuously strive to enhance sales performance by actively monitoring leads, conversions, and self-generated sales.
  • Sales Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date appointment trackers and sales boards.
  • About You:- Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrate a successful track record in selling and telephone sales.
  • Leadership Abilities: Possess the skills to build, manage, and drive sales performance in a targeted, entrepreneurial business.
  • Effective Communication: Exhibit strong influencing and interpersonal skills to collaborate with individuals at all levels, including Directors.
  • Consultative Approach: Apply a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and deliver exceptional service.
