Location: Grimsby, Lincolnshire
Salary:£18,500 - £30,000 a year.
Contract:Full time, Permanent

Business Link Magazine Group is a highly respected magazine publisher in the region with over 30 years success in the industry. We’re a dynamic and progressive company with a portfolio of business to business magazines and lifestyle magazines as well as digital news sites and exciting event management to our name. And, we are looking for someone special to join our busy sales team, to sell advertising and event sponsorships...and have a good time along the way.

The successful applicant will be making lots of calls to marketing managers and business owners, explaining how marketing their business through BLM Group can improve their business performance. Most of these clients already have a marketing budget and it’s our job to show them how to get maximum coverage and get results.

Of course not everyone you speak with will want to advertise right now, but over time the great conversations you have, will help you to develop relationships, understand their business better and show our clients that we really do have their success at heart and can show them how to utilise their marketing budgets to best effect.

Each person on our team has a special relationship with our clients. Effectively, you’ll be our brand ambassador making sure each of our valued clients get the service they expect. So, If you’ve notched up some experience in telesales/cold calling this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

We offer full training in marketing so you’ll know exactly how to help your clients make the best decisions - we don’t want foot in the door salespeople as we are more focused on building relationships. But you do need to be able to sell yourself and take charge in negotiations. So, if you can show us your potential, you could soon be looking at a new career in Advertising with great room for progression and you’ll be working for a clear market leader.
