Adecco Public Sector are working with a client based in the East Midlands who are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Telephony Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and experience with Mitel telephony systems and possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills, including cloud based migration. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Mitel telephony systems and providing technical support to end-users.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and attributes:-
  • Appropriate qualification in Telephony networking, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Mitel telephony systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Mitel telephony systems and associated hardware, software, and network components.
  • Experience with configuring and maintaining PBX, SIP, and VoIP protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
