Sapphire Utility Solutions, named ‘Best Large Business of the year 2020’ has partnered up with Digital Infrastructure, to undertake the management of delivering one million homes with a full fibre network. This exciting five-year programme delivery project within the construction industry, will take place across the whole of the UK to roll out super-fast fibre to our brand-new customers at an affordable price.

Due to the new project launching with our partner Digital Infrastructure, we are now recruiting an experienced Compliance Manager to ensure our partner is meeting their contractual HSEQ obligations.

You can become a successful candidate for this position if you have coaching and mentoring skills, a safety-first approach and experience in client relationship management. The following knowledge and experience is also desirable:

· Leadership of Compliance teams in a Street works environment

· Full fibre FTTP/H network builds, knowledge of Openreach PIA products would be an advantage

· NRSWA

· NEBOSH qualified

· CSCS Health and Safety card

· Experience in HSG47 , HSG6 Chapter 8 (Preferred)

· Auditor qualified OHSAS 18001, 14001, 9001 (Preferred)

· Accident Investigation

· Driving licence

· On site validation/audit of HSEQ systems of work

· Demonstrable experience of establishing and improving systems and processes

While working on this project, you will be responsible for providing support to the Principal Designer, leading accident investigations, ensuring HSEQ data is being accurately produced and making sure our partners have evidence of supervision.
