Connect Appointments have an ongoing recruitment drive for Telecoms and Energy Consultants to join our Sunderland based client on a full-time permanent basis. Our client is a people centric business who put the employees above everyone else, and as such invest heavily in their people.

They work with some of the most environmentally friendly brands in the UK and will continue to work towards the goal of becoming a certified B-Corp business in the next 12 months.

The essential criteria for these roles are: -

  • A minimum of 12 months experience in business-to-business sales with a proven track record that can be evidenced.
  • An outgoing, resilient and tenacious person who is eager to learn and develop new skills.
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal are vital to this role.
  • Ability to work to given targets – LOA’s, Bills, Revenue, Call time etc £25k per month energy and £17.5k telecoms.

What to expect from the role: -

  • Basic Salary + Commission of a potential of up to £28k basic DOE, £60k OTE.
  • A Monday to Friday work pattern of 8.30am until 5.30pm, with an anticipated early finish (2pm) on a Friday.
  • A potential to work flexible hours (performance related).
  • 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays with additional incentives.
  • First aid training and mental health first aid training for all staff.
  • Performance related pay reviews.
