The Disabilities Trust is looking to appoint a Technology Improvement Analyst to join our Technology Team based at our Central Support Services office in Burgess Hill.

The Role:

As the Technology Improvement Analyst you will champion and deploy new technology and process improvement across the Trust to enable the Trust to maximise the value of its Technology. You will support the Trust and Technology Directorate in delivering strategic objectives in relation to technology, playing a key role in influencing change across the Trust.

Main Responsibilities will include:

  • Lead technology systems and process improvement initiatives across the Trust, to deliver efficiencies and effectiveness that result in realising the identified benefits
  • Assist the Project Management Office (PMO) in technical transformation projects, contributing to the strategic aims of the department and organisation
  • Documenting and mapping of ’As Is’ and ‘To Be ‘business processes, conducting workshops to identify opportunities and gaps and resolving specific issues that are critically impacting business outcomes
  • Present findings and recommendations with confidence and communicating these to sponsors and key stakeholders
  • Have confidence to constructively challenge stakeholders to maximise opportunities from process improvement initiatives
  • Build relationships with leaders in the organisations to find out what they hope to achieve and identify improvement opportunities and manage improvement requests from the business
  • Coach and support project team members in use of tools and methodologies

We’re looking for someone with the following skills and qualities:

  • 6 sigma or Lean process improvement techniques or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Process Improvement tools and techniques and practices to deliver effective change

Hours: 35 hours per week
