Hariley Solutions our currently seeking an experienced Technical Training & Site Support Manager to join our client’s dynamic team in Tamworth. Description:

• Working in a safe manner in conformance to H&S guidelines.
• Keep H&S at the forefront of all your activities and use of equipment.
• Obtain certification for site work where necessary i.e. CSCS card.
• Creating, implementing & maintaining product training programmes for internal staff, both existing & new starter, that highlights the advantages and benefits of the products.
• Creating, implementing & maintaining product training & demonstration modules for specific events or for general use for customers that highlight the key points of use and performance.
• Creating, implementing & maintaining demonstration props that highlight product use and performance at Exhibitions & Trade Days as well as for general use by sales teams.
• Being conversant with the required National, European and International product standards were applicable for the product ranges within your responsibility.
• Being able to create and continually improve product presentation modules to ensure they are up to date and reflect the latest working practices and developments in the best light.
• Presenting products in their best light as well as demonstrating a high level of housekeeping in your work. Keep training facilities tidy and presentable at all times.
• Always being smartly presented and maintain tidy work cloths with company logo. Ensure you always use the appropriate safety wear
• Supporting sales team in site specifications to determine most suited products for the job, creating written specifications.
• Maintaining your own Site Specification records to log all written specifications.
• Trouble shooting in support of site complaints, investigating and resolving any issues, communicating back to the relevant people involved with a log kept for future reference.
• Undertakes duties in accordance with all relevant management systems and controls.

Essential:

• Proven experience as a trainer, facilitator, speaker with extensive experience of delivering initiatives to large audiences
• Experience of and the ability to guide, coach and influence effectively at a senior level and to build positive relationships
• Exceptional planning skills and experience
• Strong commercial acumen, integrity and credibility
• Organizational and time management abilities
• IT Skills, specifically use of MS Office, (esp. Powerpoint)
• Strong customer orientation and able to work collaboratively with colleagues
• Exceptional communication, presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to communicate complex information to a wide audience
