Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Team Administrator. As a Team Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our team.

The Technical Team Administrator will assist the Compliance Manager and Group Head of Technical in day-to-day functions and duties of the technical team ensuring full compliance is maintained with food law and health and safety legislation within the business. Providing excellent service and dealing with challenging situations calmly and effectively to achieve positive outcomes. Ability to communicate clearly with business owners and their staff, members of the public, other agencies, customers, suppliers, auditing bodies and other council officers at all levels.

Responsibilities include:
- Performing administrative tasks, such as data entry, record keeping, budgeting, and reporting

- Performing trending tasks, creating weekly and monthly presentations with completed and up to date data.

- Organizing and scheduling meetings and events, both internal and external

- Preparing and managing documents for meetings and business trips if required

- Maintenance and on-going administration of the supplier and internal specifications

- Maintenance of supplier’s performances and raising NCRs accordingly to the relevant supplier and leasing with relevant departments to communicate observed issues to avoid supply shortage.

- Providing support in NCRs investigation process.

- Recording and monitoring customer complaints.

- Maintenance and on-going administration of the artwork and product labelling

- Support and cooperation with Quality part of the technical team, NPD and project teams.

- Maintenance and on-going administration of all technical documentation (reviewing, recording, training, amending, creating)

Maintenance and on-going administration of the company’s Health and Safety Management system (accidents and incidents, reports, procedures, risk assessments, documentation, legislation, COSHH

Requirements:

Salary: £11.00 per hour
