Technical Support Analyst

My client is recruiting for a technical support analyst on a contract basis. This role is to support internal users with IT dealing with customers at all levels to assist them with IT.

This role is office-based, below is the experience required for the Technical support analyst role:

  • UK driving license
  • Maintain customer satisfaction, knowledge of IT sector, strong and extensive experience in all aspects of infrastructure networking and Microsoft products.
  • Knowledge of: troubleshooting, diagnosing, problem-solving, backup and disaster recovery systems and processes;
  • 1st and 2nd IT support
  • Self-motivated, flexible and enthusiastic individuals capable of working relatively independently as well as under pressure within a busy IT team and a high paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage with varied customers on telephone and on-site both politely and respectfully;
  • A Microsoft-qualified and certification such as MCP/MCTS/MCSA/MCSE/MCITP is desirable.
