Technical Support Engineer (2nd/3rd Line) – Bristol

This is an exciting role and a new position working for a well-known employer based in Central Bristol.

The Technical Support Engineer will be supporting internal customers across a number of UK offices helping to manage Office 365, Azure and Exchange Online environments.

In order to be considered for this Technical Support Engineer (2nd/3rd Line) role most of the following skills and experiences are required:

  • Office 365, Azure and Exchange Online
  • Supporting customers with a wide variety of issues
  • Administering, operating and updating Linux and Windows operating systems
  • Knowledge of Hyper-V virtualisation technologies
  • TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
  • Jira and Confluence
  • Adminstering Jira Server/Jira Cloud
  • ISO 27001 and ISO 9001
