My client are looking for an experienced Technical Support and Quotation representative. The Technical Support and Quotations Representative role will be to assist Customer and Colleagues in all aspects pre-sale support including Technical Support (Level 1) and facilitation of Quotations. Technical Support
  • Enquiry handling from Customers and Colleagues including but not limited to:
  • Valid products being advised for customers application
  • Obtaining and Supply of required part numbers for items such as Quotation and Order Processing Quotations
  • Quotation production for all non-Tender / Bid offers.
  • Assist with logistic operations in terms of invoice control & accuracy through review of receipted orders which relate to quotations
  • Maintain & improve customer satisfaction by the provision of high-level support being offered to customers, including ensuring timely and efficient processing of customer requests with respect to pricing and delivery
  • Educated to Secondary Education level or equivalent commercial experience
  • Knowledge of application of product from a customer requirement
  • Experienced in phone-based business to business customer service within a specialist team
