We are working with an innovative company based in Salisbury to recruit a Technical Support Agent. This is a full time, temporary role likely to last six months.

You will be responsible for providing technical, customer and sales support via multiple communication channels.

Skills
  • Technical understanding of audio and/or electronic consumer equipment
  • Ability to manage customers, control conversations and negotiate successful outcomes.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of stakeholders confidently and clearly.

Experience
  • Previous experience gained in a similar technical role
  • Demonstrable experience of customer services
  • Demonstrable written and interpersonal communication skills
