We are currently recruiting for anTechnical & Quality Team Leader to join our fantastic team within Building Products in Buxton.

Role Responsibility

In the role of Technical & Quality Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the customer relations team to ensure customer complaints are resolved whist achieving a high standard of customer service.
  • Working to reduce complaints in line with business targets, ensuring robust corrective actions are applied.
  • Act as a communication hub to coordinate technical, commercial and operational activities with other internal teams and customers to achieve high customer satisfaction.
  • Manage technical library for products, raw materials and customer related documentation on technical support.
  • Support continuous improvement through effective reporting to Technical, Commercial and Operations teams.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate for the role of Technical & Quality Team Leader will have experience in a similar role as well as:

  • Worked within building/manufacturing industry
  • Data collation and reporting
  • Worked within a technical and/or quality team
  • Proven track record of customer service and achieving targets and objectives
  • Building products systems and product knowledge
  • Ability to influence and account management skills
  • Science based A Level, Concrete Technology qualification or other relevant qualifications (desirable)
