Technical Project Manager/QS

Start July – min contract duration 7 months

Site based – Eastbourne

Competitive Salary

Responsible for the smooth running and coordination of the project on site.

Manage the programme and coordinate subcontractors to ensure the programme is achieved.

Conduct Pre-Start Meetings. Provide updates for monthly Contractor’s Reports and attend progress meetings with client.

Ensure works completed are in accordance with design and specification.

Work with the subcontractors to put forward solutions to challenges for approval by Project Lead.

Liaise with Project Lead to resolve design queries and changes.

Organise Building Control inspections.

Report on subcontractor performance/conformance.

Assess subcontractor applications for payment

Manage approved subcontractor variations

Maintain a subcontract CVR.

Should be suitably qualified with relevant experience in Construction Project Management and/or Quantity Surveying.

First Aid training advantageous.

Due to project being in a school, must have Enhanced DBS certificate.
