The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Manager to join a bespoke housing developer based in their offices in Warwickshire.

You will be working on multiple developments of between 5 to 20 units, which are all bespoke and include new build and refurbishment schemes.

The ideal candidate will have experience working for a housebuilder in the role of a Technical Manager or be an experienced Technical Coordinator who is ready to make the next step up in their career!

To Be Considered For This Position
  • Technical Manager from a house building background.
  • Motivated and self-sufficient with excellent time management skills.
  • A team player, with a proactive approach to value engineering and problem solving.
  • Educated to a high standard in a relevant subject.
