benefits. Market leading client developing cloud software for the energy sector is seeking a strong C# Technical Lead / Lead Software Engineer to join their team. Joining at this exciting time you will be working on a range of innovative and exciting products using your strong C# development skills and your Tech Lead experience. As a Technical Lead you will be the ’go to’ person for technical advice and deciding the details of the technical solutions. You will continually be looking for ways to improve processess and procedures and you will coach and mentor other software engineers. Moreover you will make the technical decisions and set the direction. Key responsibilities include
  • Work with the architecture team and product owners to ensure solutions are understood, agreed and relevant.
Work with the agile team to adopt relevant tools and methodologies.

Take the lead on technical decisions.

Delegate software engineering activities to the team.

Add value to the team and client experience. Skills and experience required include
  • A proven technology leader with prior experience empowering and working within a small team of software engineers.
Coaching and mentoring skills.

Good knowledge of C#, SQL and JavaScript.

An interest in cloud based technologies.

Agile experience.

Experience working in a remote environment. This is a fantastic opportunity in a growing company. Your work will be recognised and rewarded and you can make a real impact. The role is fully remote however they do have pockets of developers in the Hampshire area and the Midlands. Salary is likely to be in the £ 65000
