Position: Application Support Lead

Location: Brighton, UK

Experience: 8+ years

Must Have Technical Skills
  • Oracle PL/SQL
  • VB.NET
  • Web Services (ASMX/ WCF)
  • TFS

  • Blob Storage
  • Azure App Services
Good to have domain knowledge
  • Healthcare

Personal Skills
  • Ability to work and communicate with cross-functional teams
  • Lead, manage and coordinate multiple tracks/ work-streams in parallel
  • Lead, manage and handle client calls involving various stakeholders
  • Working experience of team-mentoring and guiding/ helping team members on completion of their assigned tasks
  • Good to have prior experience of working as onsite coordinator or with client teams
  • Prepare reports, dashboards and presentations to senior management for updates on project and work items
  • Good to have prior experience of working in support projects
