Duties
  • Providing Technical Support to the Conveyancing Department
  • Freehold and leasehold title checks, new build and shared ownership work
  • Complex enquiries
  • No caseload

Requirements
  • Must be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer and Legal Executive
  • Experienced in freehold, leasehold sale and purchase, new build and shared ownership
  • Excellent technical knowledge
  • Confident user of a case management system
  • Team Player
