We are currently recruiting for a Technical Business Analyst to join our dynamic and growing team in Skipton, North Yorkshire.You will be working directly with our clients and business stakeholders to develop software requirements and enhancements. Your leadership and project management skills will drive positive change and success for our clients and our business. Your main responsibilities would entail: Working closely with clients and internal business stakeholders to understand, elicit, and develop requirements for client change requests Developing a deep understanding of current system behaviour to ensure optimal solutions are proposed in the responses and specifications Working closely with the development and testing teams to ensure the developments meet the specifications Managing the delivery of client change requests including client expectations, timelines, schedules, and delivery dates Updating the internal Change Management System to store all project change documentation and ensure it accurately reflects the status of all discussions, agreements, and any developments Authoring client-facing documentation to support the analysis of change requestsThis Technical Business Analyst role would suit candidates with skills or experience in the following areas: Change Management, Software Development, Business Analyst, IT, Change Management, Development, Processes, Residential Mortgages, Financial Services.
