Leading sustainable farming organisation, LEAF (Linking Environment And Farming) has a new and exciting opportunity for a Technical Officer, based at Stoneleigh Park, Kenilworth, Warwickshire.

Purpose of the role & how you will contribute:

This is an exciting new role supporting the LEAF (Linking Environment And Farming. This role plays a crucial part in providing administrative support services to the LEAF Technical Team:

• Processing travel requests

• Support with Event/training collation and recording of event/activity/training expenditure, co-ordinating invitations, registration, delegate lists and delegate resources.

• Consolidate post event/activity/training feedback and evaluations.

• Project Admin Support

• Maintain the Events Calendar

• Meeting Administration

• Handle Member and General enquiries

• General telephone enquiries.

• Support other admin staff in peak periods.

What you’ll bring:

You will have previous administration experience with a proven ability to be self-motivated, work proactively and manage own priorities. Strong communication skills are key in the role as you will be required to work with a range of colleagues and stakeholders. You will have an eye for detail with strong IT skills across a range of Microsoft Office packages.

  • Part time, minimum 21 hours per week over 3 days (hybrid, home/office working)
