This is a remote position.

Head Hunter Resourcing are on the hunt for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) for our UK based client, this role is remote based. This client is a software as a service company who produce print management software for a global consumer base.

You will be liaising with manufacturers, distributers, resellers and the end-user of the product. your primary function in this role will be the responsibility of account and project management of our clients enterprise customers. You will be the primary point of customer contact on a day-to-day basis, assisting with enquiries, delivering any software or product updates, and helping with user acceptance testing.

your responsibilities
  • Managing project lifecycle. from enquiry to implementation and support, as well as maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Providing exceptional customer support as a first point of contact.
  • Relay any feedback and future requests in board review meetings.
  • Develop strong working relationships with customer worldwide.
Salary- DOA This role will require travel around the UK and overseas when required, so a driving licence is a must.
