We’re looking for caring, reliable and dedicated people to join our amazing #TeamBackHilton in Aberdeen on a permanent part-time (25 or 30 hours) basis. We pay our Team Members £10.10 per hour!

The Role

You’ll become part of a friendly, dedicated, fun team who supports five individuals with learning disabilities and physical needs who live in their own shared home. The great thing about this job is no two days are ever the same.

Your main aim will be supporting each individual with their day to day needs, including personal care, shopping, finances, cooking, housework and medication. You’ll also provide support with their hobbies and interests too, including music, arts & crafts and activities out in their local community.

Shift Patterns

As we’re dedicated to providing around the clock support tailored to the needs of each individual, shift patterns will fall into patterns between the hours of 0800-2300 hours, sleepovers, weekends and public holidays.

Typically you will work around 4 sleepovers per month. Our sleepover shifts don’t form part of your contracted hours, so you will receive an additional payment of £76 for every sleepover shift you work.
