Team Manager Safeguarding Service - East Yorkshire

Hybrid Working - £45 per hour (Umbrella)

Pixel Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Team Manager to join our clients Safeguarding Service based in Bridlington, East Yorkshire. Excellent rates on offer up to £45 per hour (Umbrella). This is a full time role based on 37 hours a week.

We are looking for an experienced team manager to work in the long term children’s social work team, based at Bridlington.

The Social Worker should have relevant experience of supervising staff, decision making in relation to CIN, CP and CLA cases and have knowledge of current legislation and law.

You will be joining a safeguarding team and will work alongside two other team managers to ensure decisions are made in a timely manner for children in need and at risk of harm and have experience of undertaking quality assurance and Audit activity.

Team Manager Safeguarding Requirements
  • Must have proven experience supervising staff, decision making in relation to CIN, CP and CLA cases and have knowledge of current legislation and law.
  • Social Worker qualification at degree level or equivalent
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Registered social worker with Social Work England
