This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are dedicated to the principles of social inclusion, to work with adults with mental health needs. You will be part of a team supporting people who access our crisis non referral service.

Our Virtual Crisis Haven operates 365 days a year between 5pm and 11pm weekdays and 2pm - 11pm Saturday & Sunday. The Haven provides crisis de-escalation and reduces immediate distress for our clients, providing information and support around crisis prevention for clients and their families/carers accessing the service: signposting into other relevant and appropriate services.
