FM:Systems Europe is seeking a Team Manager, to lead our field engineers and CAD team.

In this role you will :

  • Manage the day to day running of the sensor installation team and CAD team
  • Work with other parts of the business to optimise installations
  • Ensure training compliance
  • Ensure spend control, via centralized training and spending
  • Work with the sales team to understand the sale, assign a member of the Project Team to manage the project and ensure the project is delivered.
  • Work with the engineer lead to manage issues arising from implementations
  • Oversee recruitment
  • Make decisions on future installs based on customer feedback
  • Create Statement of Works
  • Provide costings for installations
