We are looking for an ambitious, driven & proven Team Leader for our software development team. As well as leadership skills you must be an ace #softwaredeveloper to join our #hybridworking, friendly & innovative team based in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire. Half your time will be leading the team, helping them solve challenges & planning resource with the remaining half creating quality code.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week in the office. No point making contacting unless you have a minimum of 7 years plus commercial development experience post degree qualification, and you must already be eligible to work in the UK.

The company is #employeeowned so you will have a direct influence over future direction & operations. As an #eot, team members, after 12 months continual service, are entitled to receive a tax free profit share of up to £3,400.
