Nursing Solutions currently have a vacancy for a Team Leader/Senior in Weston-Super-Mare and the surrounding area.

Duties And Responsibilities Include
  • Assist service users with every day living tasks using a person centred approach
  • Have the ability to perform risk and care assessments and reviews.
  • Be first point of contact for care staff, perform spot checks, support visits and supervisions.
  • Work effectively with Service Users, their families and representatives, other social and health care professionals, managers, and staff from Nursing solutions to deliver high quality home care services
  • Attend training activities, appraisals, and development meetings.
  • Knowledge of how to recognise abuse and safeguarding procedures
  • To support the manager and deputy manager in all aspects of ensuring compliance following policies and procedures.
  • Be able to manage and prioritise own work load

Experience
  • providing care: 1 year (Preferred)
  • supervisory: 1 year (Preferred)

Licence/Certification
  • NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (Preferred)
  • Driving License (Required)
