Would you like to work as a Team Leader for the UK’s leading Epilepsy charity? Are you looking to move your career in social care on to the next level? If so, this is the perfect opportunity. Micholls House is recruiting a Team Leader. This is an amazing opportunity to work in one of the Houses and develop your leadership and communication skills. You will be part of the management team and at times you will be the most senior person on shift. Candidates will need to be flexible, an excellent communicator, able to support staff and contribute to people living their best lives.

A Bit About The Role

Micholls House is a service for twenty remarkable adults with additional support needs including autism, learning disabilities and epilepsy. We are proud that the service is rated Good in all domains by CQC. Our goal is for people to lead a life that is truly their own where you will play a key role for people to live out their aspirations and dreams.

As the Team Leader you will be supported by a strong care team who work collaboratively to provide exceptional support. Working with the management team you will ensure that the service is CQC compliant, that support is delivered to a high standard and performance is in line with regulatory, quality standards. Through your enthusiasm and passion, you will maintain good relationships with all our stakeholders and lead people to lead the best life possible that are affected by epilepsy.
