As a Team Leader, you will:

  • Go the extra mile to ensure customers have a fantastic store experience
  • Lead a team of customer service assistant in the absence of the team manager and store manager
  • Be a positive role model to the team and represent our values
  • Train, manage the workload and support your team whilst still being hands on within the store
  • Support the store manager to put in measures to increase sales
  • Be actively involved with social initiatives and volunteering hours to support your local community

About You:

To be a successful candidate for this role you will need:

  • Some previous supervisory experience
  • To be customer focused and deliver excellent store experiences
  • A natural ability to listen, interact and communicate with customers and team members
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts including evening and weekends
  • Confidence and a friendly, approachable nature
